Home was built with quality materials and very good finishes. Ada was a great! She gave exceptional service and a great resource. We recently took possession of our new build in St. Albert. From initial contact with our salesperson, Ada (and her exceptional service throughout including slight revision to the floor plan), to selections with Rhea in office and with their various suppliers, and to all communications throughout (including Rhea’s assistance with my significant indecision with selections), service has been exceptional. Communication with the warranty/service department has been very timely, and the few issues I have had so far have been addressed very quickly. We are pleased with our new home.

I’ve had an amazing experience renting from Armit Dhillon. He has been an outstanding landlord from day one—professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about his tenants. Anytime I’ve needed anything, he’s handled it quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in providing great service, and it really shows. The property has been well maintained, communication has always been easy, and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of.
