We were supposed to just go for a walk and check out the showhomes with no plans of buying/building one but when we talked to Guneet and she toured us the show home, we we’re in awe how knowledgeable and professional Guneet is.
The Team worked with us every step of the way from drawing the blueprints to our liking to picking all the materials to get the things together into place and made our dream materialize.

We have been to a lot of showhomes and talked to a lot of sales representatives, but we kept coming back to Blackstone homes at Woodhaven. We never felt pressured, and it honestly felt like a welcoming place, a place to go back to after an extensive search. Blackstone homes offers standard features that are basically an upgrade with the other builders we’ve been to.
Guneet was exceptional to deal with - her professionalism, extensive knowledge with home custom building, and transparency with their products and pricing. She emanates trust, easily relates to people, and actually listens to her clients. She’s been so patient with all of our requests and questions. Communication was flawless as she has answered our questions in a prompt and easy manner, whether it’s through email, phone call, or in person.

My partner and I purchased and designed a spec home with Blackstone and had the best experience. Guneet was amazing throughout the whole process. The entire process was very smooth and our final product was well-built and exactly how we imagined.
